Schedule:

4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Days:

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM No required weekends or on-call, but options to pick up additional opportunities if desired

Role Highlights:

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional perioperative care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for surgical patients Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs aligned with level of practice Administer and monitor medications and procedural treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort Accurately document patient history, symptoms, and all care provided Educate patients and families on perioperative processes, recovery, and ongoing care needs Delegate and make assignments to manage clinical operations effectively

Desired Qualifications:

Current New Mexico RN license or a Compact state license BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred) At least 1 year of Operating Room RN experience (preferred)
