Zuni, New Mexico Deliver Life-Sustaining Care That Makes a Lasting Impact Join a dedicated dialysis team where your clinical judgment, compassion, and attention to detail directly improve the lives of patients managing kidney disease. As a Dialysis RN, you will provide safe, individualized care throughout every stage of treatment. Working alongside physicians, dietitians, social workers, Patient Care Technicians, and other healthcare professionals, you will help patients achieve the best possible outcomes while building meaningful, long-term relationships with those you serve. You will also provide clinical guidance and support to Patient Care Technicians, helping maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient experience. What You'll Do Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate dialysis treatments to patients with kidney disease. Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatment. Closely monitor patients and respond quickly to changes in their condition. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical protocols. Complete monthly medication profile reviews to support safe and effective renal care. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Participate in patient assessments, care-planning activities, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Supervise, support, and serve as a clinical resource for Patient Care Technicians. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Support appropriate staffing and workflow to promote safe, efficient patient care. Help create a respectful, supportive, and team-focused clinical environment. What You'll Bring Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within the required timeframe. Dialysis or nephrology experience preferred. Nurses with strong acute care experience and an interest in developing dialysis expertise are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. A genuine commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. The ability to remain organized and responsive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
