Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Clinical Research Nurse to join our dynamic research team. In this vital role, you will oversee the clinical aspects of research studies, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants while maintaining rigorous compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of clinical trials, contributing to groundbreaking medical advancements. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage clinical trials from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to protocol and regulatory guidelines. Monitor patient participants closely, including vital signs, blood sampling, and overall health status, to ensure safety and data accuracy. Review and verify documentation such as consent forms, case report forms, and medical records for completeness and compliance with FDA regulations and ICH GCP standards. Conduct patient assessments, including physical examinations and collection of clinical data using EMR systems and other data management tools. Supervise research staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth trial operations and high-quality data collection. Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times. Prepare detailed reports on trial progress, adverse events, and data analysis using statistical software to support study outcomes. Qualifications Registered nurse (RN) license with current certification; additional certifications such as ICH GCP or GCP are highly preferred. Proven supervising experience in clinical settings or research environments. Strong knowledge of clinical trials management, FDA regulations, and CDISC standards for data collection. Experience with clinical laboratory procedures, blood sampling techniques including phlebotomy, and vital signs measurement. Familiarity with EMR systems, data management practices, and compliance management protocols such as HIPAA. Excellent analysis skills for interpreting clinical data accurately and efficiently.
