Every day you will perform patient assessments, administer medications, manage complex care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, adapting to rapidly changing needs in a fast-paced environment. To thrive in this vital role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others. Your sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment will not only support patient recovery but also fuel your own career advancement. Facilitates, communicates, and collaborates with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. Provides assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients from adolescent to geriatric. Assists with managing patient care administered by other members of the nursing staff. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values. Job Requirements Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Two (2) years RN Med/Surg experience.

NV Basic Life Support - CPR NIHSS = NIH Stroke-AM Stroke ASC-Nat'l Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements. Preferred Bachelors Of Nursing Float Pool experience.
