Home Health Nurse - Tonopah, NV Who We Are Trusted Ally Home Care (TAHC) is a growing multi-state home care agency that specializes in providing nursing and home health aide services to nuclear-exposed employees in the comfort of their homes. TAHC has been serving families and loved ones since 2010. Takes Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that promote health, mobility, and overall wellness. 5
Major Job Functions:
Patient Care and Education Health Promotion and Treatment Monitoring and Documentation Compliance and Emergency Response Professional Development and Interdisciplinary Collaboration Education and Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Licensure:
Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada. Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Compensation $38.00 - $42.00 an hour
