Registered Nurse must present knowledge of chronic disease process & management, excellent nursing assessment skills, experience in nursing procedures (IV, wound care, catheter care, ostomy/ileostomy care etc.) Registered Nurse must display critical thinking skills, be proactive, able to communicate and teach patients, and lead interdisciplinary team towards achieving positive clinical outcomes.
