• Must have at least 2 years of US
• acute care/hospital experience
• Required Doc's 1.Resume 2.RN/LPN/CNA
• NV license (front/back-signed) 3.BLS /ACLS (front/back-signed) (per specialty) 4.DL and SS card (front/back) 5.2
• current references (charge nurse/supervisor/nurse manager) 6.Current physical (within 12 months) 7.Current TB Skin test (within 12 months) 8.Current
