Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including ICU, nursing homes, and primary care facilities. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions. Provide catheter care and monitor patients for any complications. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive measures. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices within the Level I Trauma Center environment. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Previous experience in ICU or acute care settings preferred. Knowledge of laboratory procedures and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) management is a plus. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. $55.00 - $130.00 per hour
