Schedule:

12-hour night shifts (7:00pm - 7:00am) Per-diem/coverage needs; flexibility and adaptability preferred

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license Minimum 1 year ICU nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU Collaborate closely with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and families Monitor, assess, and document patient progress Respond promptly to emergency situations and changes in patient condition Uphold rigorous infection control and patient safety standards
