Role Overview:

This position involves providing safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards. The nurse offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team , emphasizing Patient Centered Care as the core of all nursing activities. The role includes supervising and guiding staff under their direction and demonstrating Service Excellence standards consistently.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred One year of acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months Current RN license in the state Valid BLS certification and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) based on patient population
