Job Description

Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:30
AM Experience:
12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 60 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years). Travel experience is required. Experience with Epic is required. Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must be competent in multiple ICU specialties, with experience in multiple ICU units (Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, etc.) and IMC/Progressive/General care populations. Basic arrhythmia experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Previous Charge Experience:
Preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population. Cares for ICU and IMC/Progressive/General care populations.
Shift & Scheduling:
Evening and night 8 and 12 hour shifts available. Will accept 4x12s if preferred. Every other weekend. Some holidays required.
Floating Requirements:
Will float to Neuro
ICU, CV/CT
ICU, Burn ICU, Trauma, MSICU, and IMC/Progressive units. 14 days maximum time off 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required
Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
