Job Description

Concepts of Health Care, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our licensed home care team.
Office hours:
Monday - Wednesday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.

What You'll Do:
Visit and assess clients in their homes. Communicate with doctors, clients, families, and staff. Complete nursing assessments and documentation. Supervise, train, and schedule certified aides. Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and agency policies.
