Job Description

Home Care Agency is seeking a qualified Per Diem New York State Registered Nurse to conduct PCA/HHA training for new recruits, assist with HR onboarding paperwork, and verify IDs for fraud prevention. Must be willing to travel to offices in Buffalo and Rochester. RN PCA Trainer Responsibilities Conduct PCA training and orient new aides into the company. Ensure every applicant has proper identification and verify that the photo matches the individual prior to signing them in. Verify and complete required HR onboarding paperwork. Train new recruits on company policies and procedures based on provided materials. Demonstrate required skills and ensure all attendees are properly trained and competent. RN Trainer Qualifications Current, valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of RN experience. Minimum of 1 year of DOH-licensed home care experience ( must be listed on resume ). Tech savvy and comfortable using a computer, including email, copy/paste functions, updating PDFs, PowerPoint, and other basic computer applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, reliable, and punctual. Willingness to travel to Buffalo and Rochester offices. Required Availability Must be able to provide availability at least one month in advance. Available 9:00 AM-5:00 PM for 5-12 consecutive weekdays per month . Candidates available to start ASAP will be given priority consideration. Schedule Day shift
