Job Description
Overview We are looking for a per diem RN to do the UAS's on an as needed basis. The amount of UAS's can vary each week. You will be responsible for performing the UAS's for selected residents as given by the administrator. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physiological evaluations to determine appropriate care pathways. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals . Manage utilization review processes by evaluating medical records, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with assisted living policies and insurance requirements. Skills Familiarity with UAS's HIPPA Must be an RN This position is per diem for Hedgewood Assisted Living. You will be paid per UAS performed. $100 per UAS completed
