PM Salary:
$125,000•130,000 annually Make an Impact Behind the Scenes of Quality Care Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MDS Coordinator (RN) to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clinical compliance, optimizing reimbursement, and supporting high-quality, resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and complete all MDS assessments (admissions, quarterly, annual, and significant change) accurately and on time Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, state regulations, RAPs, and triggers Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain comprehensive care plans Monitor and analyze Quality Measures (QM), Quality Indicators (QI), and CASPER reports Participate in audits, surveys, and regulatory inspections Support discharge planning and care plan meetings Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in New York State Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or skilled nursing setting At least 6 months of experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing Strong background in skilled nursing/nursing home environments In-depth knowledge of
MDS, CMS
