Responsibilities:
Serve as a core team member within the Interventional Radiology department Prepare patients for IR procedures and provide peri-procedural care Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic interventions Monitor patient status, respond promptly to changes, and document care accurately Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery expectations, and aftercare Follow institution protocols and support quality improvement initiatives
Desired Experience:
Valid RN license Strong clinical background; experience in Interventional Radiology or critical care preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments Effective communication and critical thinking skills Travel nursing experience is a significant plus but not required
