Qualifications:
Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable) Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience Current BLS certification; additional certifications preferred (ACLS, CNOR) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
