Per HR Description:
- This position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to work evening shifts in a healthcare setting, focusing on the health and safety of individuals served.
- The role is contract-based and located in Commack, NY, with a schedule from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
- Candidates must have a current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
Requirements:
- Monitor overall health and safety of individuals served.
- Supervise and train staff on medication administration and safety protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Generate incident and health reports.
- Maintain medical records according to guidelines.
- Ensure timely scheduling of medical appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain adequate supply of medications and medical equipment.
Qualifications:
- Experience with developmentally disabled populations preferred.
- Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse required.
