Desired Qualifications:
Current, active RN license in good standing Experience working in rehabilitation and/or long-term care settings Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams Knowledge of regulatory compliance in skilled nursing environments BLS certification (required) Demonstrated ability to create a supportive and caring atmosphere
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for assigned residents Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and revise care plans Provide patient and family education regarding health management and rehabilitation plans Ensure accurate documentation of care and resident progress Maintain infection control standards and follow facility policies Support residents in achieving maximum independence and quality of life
