staff. Ensure compliance with OPWDD, DOH, and ICF regulations and maintain high standards of primary nursing, safety, infection control, and incident reporting. Manage assigned caseloads by maintaining nursing plans and required documentation, coordinating medical appointments, labs, consultations, medications, and staff training. Provide 24/7 rotating on-call support, communicate medical information to individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams, and participate in nursing, administrative, and management meetings. Promote person-centered care, mandated reporting, regulatory compliance, and a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment.We require:
NYS Licensure/Certification CPR, fire safety training, and medication knowledge Six months to one year of hospital or long-term care experience, supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred RNs, for immediate consideration, please apply now!
