Required Qualifications & Experience:
Current and unencumbered RN licensure Demonstrated experience in specialty nursing Skills with PICC line placement and management Ability to adapt to new environments with excellent communication skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care within your RN specialty, adhering to established clinical protocols Perform PICC line placements, care, and troubleshooting with proficiency Monitor patients' status, complete assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans Document care promptly and accurately in the electronic health record system Advocate for patients and families, providing support and education as needed
