The Croton-Harmon Union Free School District is seeking a compassionate Registered Professional Nurse (RN) to support the health, safety, and well-being of our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care, first aid, emergency response, and illness assessments. Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and district policies. Develop and manage Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) for students with chronic conditions. Maintain accurate, confidential student health records in compliance with

FERPA/HIPAA.

Monitor compliance with NYS immunization, physical exam, and communicable disease reporting mandates. Collaborate with families, staff, and medical providers; participate in 504 and CSE meetings as needed. Maintain school health office supplies and promote wellness across the school community.

Qualifications:

Valid NYS Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license (Required). Current CPR/AED certification (Required). Knowledge of NYS school health regulations and guidelines.
