Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description The RN Case Manager Supervisor assists in the management of the Case Management/Utilization Review Department, operating under the guidance of the Director. This role includes overseeing work schedules, establishing work standards, monitoring denials and readmissions, troubleshooting, staff training, customer relations, and handling special projects. The goal is to prepare the incumbent for operational duties through hands-on training and managerial experience. The RN Case Manager Supervisor will additionally assist with the role of Nursing Supervisor to support facility operations periodically/as needed. Education And Credentials Associates degree from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN from an accredited school of nursing preferred. Registered Nurse, with an unrestricted Registered Professional Nurse license in the state of New York required. NYS Hospital and Community Patient Review Instrument (H/C PRI) Certification required. New York State Department of Health SCREEN Certification required. CCMC certification as a Certified Case Manager preferred. Experience Three years of recent clinical experience in acute care setting. Minimum of 1-year Hospital Case Management experience required. 3 years of Hospital Case Management, Familiarity and Proficiency with the following applications: Interquel View, MCG Guidelines, Meditech, Word, and Excel preferred.

Salary Range:
