Registered Nurse (RN) - East Aurora, NY Absolut Care of Aurora Park - East Aurora, NY Full-Time & Part-Time available!
Shifts:
All shifts available!
Day shift:
6ap-2pm Evening shift: 2pm-10pm Night shift: 10pm-6am •every other weekend required
Compensation:
$40-42/hour
DOE Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and managing symptoms Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and share best practices Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, progress, and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in New York State Strong clinical judgment and communication skills A team-first mindset with a passion for long-term care
