Job Responsibilities:
Administer medications, treatments, and basic healthcare interventions as directed by providers. Assist healthcare practitioners during examinations, procedures, and treatments. Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, mobility assistance, and preparation for procedures or tests. Collect biological specimens and perform basic diagnostic tests as needed. Explain medical procedures, test results, and care instructions to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, medical histories, and facility documentation. Operate, clean, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment, ensuring proper inventory management. Respond to patient calls and coordinate care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Support anesthesia, pain management, and other provider-directed interventions when required. Perform clerical duties and other tasks assigned to support smooth clinic operations.Education/Experience :
Bachelor of Science in Nursing; or equivalent Associate Degree in Nursing and combination of education and experience.Certificates and Licenses :
