Key Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members during high-pressure situations. Document patient care, procedures, and progress using electronic health records in accordance with regulatory standards. Maintain an organized, safe, and clean ER environment, adhering to infection control and patient safety guidelines. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on best practices and emergency care procedures.

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license. Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room nursing role. BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC, PALS, or other specialty certifications preferred. Exceptional critical thinking and time management abilities. Calm, effective communication skills and the ability to function well under stress. Familiarity with electronic medical records.
