Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Rehab Nurse (RN), where your expertise will directly impact resident recovery and quality of life. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focusing on optimal resident recovery including but not limited to wound care Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care Maintain accurate medical documentation within EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as SIGMA, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes Experience Valid RN license with active state registration and current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Proven experience in wound care management Familiarity with advanced nursing procedures including IV infusion, Knowledge of ICD-10 coding standards for accurate documentation and billing Experience working with diverse patient populations.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year
