Duties Must have extensive existing relationships with hospital Social Workers, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, and other referral sources Strong hospital network required, preferably in this order: Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island Conduct in-person marketing/outreach at a minimum of 4 hospitals per day Organize a minimum of 2 external marketing events per month , such as dinners, concerts, networking events, or community events Organize at least 1 internal marketing/in-service event per month Applicants with prior SNF, rehabilitation, hospital liaison, or healthcare marketing experience will be preferred only.
