Operate medical equipment safely and accurately, ensuring proper documentation within electronic health records (EHR). Assist with patient transfers using appropriate methods to ensure safety and comfort. Maintain strict patient confidentiality while documenting medical histories, treatments, and progress notes clearly and accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for diverse patient populations, including geriatric and post-acute care patients. Uphold infection control standards by adhering to facility policies on hygiene, sterilization, and environmental safety practices. Skills Proven experience working in Level I or Level II trauma centers, hospital medicine, or emergency medicine environments. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient safety protocols, and manual handling techniques. Skilled in managing electronic health records (EHR) systems and documenting medical procedures precisely. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery. Competence in operating various medical equipment necessary for acute and inpatient care settings. Familiarity with infection control practices specific to inpatient facilities and outpatient clinics. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure during urgent situations such as trauma or emergency responses.
