Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), ensuring continuous monitoring, timely interventions, and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor critically ill patients and recognize changes in their condition. Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments. Monitor vital signs and operate critical care equipment. Assist with emergency interventions and life-saving procedures. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Maintain accurate EMR documentation. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team. Educate and support patients' families as appropriate. Follow infection control and patient safety protocols. Requirements Current RN License six (3) years of ICU/CCU experience
