Fulton Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high quality patient care in a collaborative clinical setting. The RN will complete assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient responses. You will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and families to support optimal outcomes, document care accurately in electronic health records, and maintain compliance with all clinical and safety standards. RNs will precept new staff, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing patient monitoring Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Document all care in electronic health records per policy Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement and clinical best practice initiatives Precept and support onboarding of new nurses and support staff Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately Required Skills Patient assessment Care planning Medication administration Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Wound care IV therapy Infection control Patient and family education Clinical triage and escalation Interdisciplinary collaboration
