Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive and specialized nursing care to patients, following evidence-based protocols and facility guidelines Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary interventions with attention to patient safety Collaborate with physicians, allied health team members, and families to coordinate effective care plans Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and proactively communicate changes in patient status Uphold infection control and quality standards at all times
