Required Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke certification Ability to read and interpret basic rhythm strips Telemetry nursing experience highly preferred Familiarity with both primary and team nursing models Excellent communication and patient care skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective nursing care to telemetry patients Monitor and assess cardiac rhythms, responding appropriately to changes Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Implement individualized patient care plans and education Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately Participate actively in both primary and team nursing roles as needed
