Qualifications Education/Accredited Programs Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing Program. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred; new hires will be required to complete their BSN within 5 years of hire (RNs with 20+ years of experience may be eligible to opt for certification completion rather than BSN).
