WorkFit Medical Staffing is currently seeking a versatile and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Float Pool. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple acute care units, providing high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population. The Acute Float Pool nurse plays a critical role in maintaining safe staffing levels and ensuring consistent patient care throughout the hospital. This position offers a dynamic and flexible work environment, ideal for RNs who enjoy variety and have strong adaptability skills. Float units will include ICU, ED, and Med Surg. Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience. Ability to quickly adapt to different clinical settings and patient populations. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC

certifications all required Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
