Job Description

Registered Dietitian (RD) - Skilled Nursing | Full-Time A large, growing healthcare network is seeking full-time Registered Dietitians to join their team across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an RD who enjoys working with the geriatric population and is looking for a collaborative, professional environment where their expertise is valued and they can make a meaningful impact on resident care.
Locations Available Long Beach, NY Huntington, NY Brooklyn, NY West Babylon, NY Jamaica, NY Schedule:
Monday -
Friday Salary:
$70k - $75k + excellent health benefits, vacation and 401k Responsibilities Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans. Monitor residents' nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required. New York State certification/licensure (or eligibility). Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatrics is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and organizational skills. $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
