Requests written orders from physicians for changes in the patient plan of care as needed. Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred) Active New York State RN license; CPR-BLS preferred Minimum of two years of nursing experience (Medical-Surgical or Community Health; hospice or oncology preferred) Interested in hearing more?
