Job Description

Queens Centers for Progress, a not-for-profit Agency providing person-centered services for adults and children with intellectual developmental disabilities, seeks a compassionate, self-motivated, organized Per-Diem Registered Nurse for its Children's Center, Pre-School.

Schedule:

School calendar Schedule. (Maternity Leave replacement)

DUTIES:

Including but not limited to: provide nursing care and health support to preschool students with special needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Provide care and monitoring for students with complex medical needs. Monitor students' health status and communicate concerns with families, medical providers and school staff. Maintain accurate health records, documentation and required nursing logs for students and staff. Join our great team of clinicians in a supportive environment!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license required. Pediatric Nurse experience preferred.
