Job Description

Community Home Health Care is looking for 2-3 LPNs or RNs to staff two different private duty cases in Gloversville and Johnstown, New York. Client 1: 14-year-old male with heavy wound care, O2 & breathing treatments. Awake, alert & oriented.

Hours :

days (flexible) & overnights Client 2: 9-year-old female client. G-tube, vent/trach. Alert, awake, oriented to familiar faces.
