Due to the specific care needs of this case, a male RN is strongly preferred; however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home setting Administer medications and prescribed treatments Monitor and assess patient condition and report changes as needed Perform wound care, IV therapy, and catheter care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to ensure quality care Qualifications Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred Current BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Why Join Affirmed Home Care?
