PM Interview Process:

In-Person We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy outpatient surgery center. The RN will provide high-quality patient care throughout the pre-operative and post-anesthesia recovery process while supporting daily clinical operations. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-operative patient intake, assessments, and preparation. Monitor and care for patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Conduct post-procedure follow-up calls and provide patient education. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes. Maintain inventory, stock supplies, and support daily clinical operations. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols and standards. Required Qualifications & Skills Active Registered Nurse (RN) License. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills. Experience in PACU, ambulatory surgery, recovery room, or perioperative nursing preferred. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care.
