Posting Date 08/20/2026 1218 N Pennsylvania St, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46202-2411, United States of America As a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN), you will be providing education on peritoneal dialysis (PD) to your patients and their care partners in a clinical setting, which then allows them to dialyze from home. This role blends clinical care, patient education, and case management.
What you can expect:
Train patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-care for dialysis treatments at home Manage a caseload of PD patients, including assessments and care planning Monitor treatment progress and conduct home site visits - mileage compensation provided Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes Monday through Friday scheduling, 8 hour shifts - no on-call, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts. Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana - minimum of 12 months of RN experience required Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence ADN from accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
