Registered Nurse Overview:

The Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) provides advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients. With a comprehensive range of services supported by an integrated health system, the staff is ready to assist in all areas of home health care services.

Responsibilities:

RN will conduct orientation and ongoing education/ Certification for Home Health Aides hired for for the Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). Education may include the overall processes related to Care, aspects of care in the home setting, documentation and navigation of the electronic record, HHA Certification and topics commonly seen in the Home Health setting.

Qualifications:

Valid NYS RN license, Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required, Masters in Education, Nursing or related field preferred. Two years of Home Health RN experience. Excellent Computer skills required.
