Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid and unrestricted RN license Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred Strong understanding of nursing best practices, patient care plans, and medication administration Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with electronic medical records and standard clinical documentation

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessment, medication administration, and monitoring Implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with medical staff and allied health professionals Advocate for residents' well-being, dignity, and quality of life Record accurate and timely documentation of care, assessments, and outcomes Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants Encourage a safe, respectful environment that fosters wellness and inclusion Communicate regularly with family members and address concerns or changes in condition What's in It for
