Role:

We are seeking two compassionate and qualified Registered Nurses to provide 1:1 care and transportation support for medically complex Pre-K & Elementary aged students. Both positions involve accompanying students during school transportation in the morning and afternoon, ensuring safety and medical oversight throughout. CASE 1

5-hour minimum per direction NPI Number Required Case 1

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care and monitoring for a Pre-K student with a seizure disorder
• Transport and manage student medication to and from school
• Observe and respond to any medical needs during transport
• Document and communicate with school/family as needed CASE 2
• Lindenhurst Area (NPI Not Required)

September AM Route:

7:30 AM

• 9:00

AM PM Route:

2:00 PM

• 3:30 PM 1.

5-hour minimum per direction Case 2

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care and monitoring for a Pre-K student during transport
• Transport and manage student medication to and from school
• Observe and respond to any medical needs during transport
• Document and communicate with school/family as needed Requirements (Both Cases):
• Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience with pediatric nursing preferred
• Experience with seizure disorders a plus
• Reliable transportation
• NPI number required for Case 1 only

Schedule:

• Monday
• Friday, AM & PM routes 7:30am
• 9:00am & 2:00pm
• 3:30pm
• Guaranteed 1.

5-hour minimum per direction

Pay:

$50.00
