Job Summary:
Seeking a professional RN Team Lead to provide quality patient care and support unit operations in a skilled nursing facility. Assess, monitor, document, and report patient conditions. Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and advocate for patients. Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, prioritization, delegation, and time management. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and clinical competency. May float to other units or cover an LPN Med Cart position as staffing permits. #
