Lexington Center, the largest provider of outpatient and residential substance use disorder services in the Hudson Valley, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Mount Kisco Clinic. This position is part-time 2 days/14 hours a week. Duties include conducting health assessments on new/existing patients; administering medication injections including Vivitrol and Sublocade; providing NARCAN training to staff and patients; facilitating two weekly health groups; conducting authorizations for medications; reviewing and requesting medical records and assisting doctors with confirming appointments.

Schedule:
