Full Time RN Field Nurse

Salary is negotiable based on experience! Must be willing to travel throughout Orange County and neighboring counties. The ideal candidates will have homecare experience and be responsible for: Conducting admission assessments and biannual reassessments for patients. Establishing and providing a plan of care for the patient based on results of the nursing assessment visit, client needs, and physician orders. Providing education to patient/family and paraprofessional staff. Conducting as-needed visits to patients who require additional support. Communicating changes in patient's condition, treatment, and meds directly to the agency.

Nurse Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; ADN or BSN Homecare experience is preferred Must have current NYS license and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State Must have a vehicle to travel to patients This position requires travel throughout Orange and neighboring counties (includes mileage reimbursement) Bi-Lingual preferred (but, not a requirement)
