Head Nurse (RN)

Location:

Newburgh, NY Pay:

$53-$67.25/hour, based on experience, with annual increases

Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, with Mondays off

This is an opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to take an active role in team development, clinical operations, and patient care.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support nursing staff throughout daily clinical operations. Coordinate staffing assignments and oversee patient care activities. Review medication orders and help maintain safe nursing practices. Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance to staff. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safe handling procedures. Help create a positive patient experience while maintaining efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications:

Active New York State RN license. At least 2 years of nursing management experience. Current BLS certification. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
