Job Summary:

Seeking an RN - Emergency Room (ER) with recent 3 years of experience in an acute care emergency setting. The ideal candidate should be skilled in providing rapid assessment, triage, and treatment for patients with a wide range of urgent and critical conditions. The RN should be compassionate, attentive, and able to respond quickly in high-pressure situations while collaborating effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department. Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient care based on severity. Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient conditions. Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments. Assist with emergency procedures, trauma care, and life-saving interventions. Document patient care accurately and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.

Skills:

Emergency nursing and patient triage. Critical care monitoring and rapid assessment. Trauma care and life-support interventions (BLS/ACLS). Medication administration, IV therapy, and emergency response. Patient stabilization, communication, and EMR documentation.

Requirements:

NYS RN License

BLS, ACLS, PALS
